There is lots of wildlife in the area. Never feed the wildlife. Bears and elk can are plentiful and there is a good chance you may run into one. Be prepared. Bears and Elk can become aggressive when approached. Know what to do if you encounter a bear/elk/cougar before you go out. Carrying bear spray or other deterrent recommended.
